This page describes how LoanGods responds to browser privacy signals, how you can ask us not to use your email or cellphone number for LoanGods communications where applicable, and that lender-side marketing and privacy requests go to the lender you used. It supplements our Privacy Policy and State law privacy notice and is not legal advice.
LoanGods may store limited values in your browser (for example, localStorage or sessionStorage) for purposes such as basic site behavior, measurement or advertising-related preferences where used, and reflecting privacy choices including GPC where applicable. Clearing site data in your browser removes that local storage.
If your browser sends a GPC signal and we detect that you are in one of the following states, some LoanGods website services may be limited in line with applicable state privacy requirements: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Nebraska, or Maryland. After you submit the short form on our home page, you may see a notice over the form instead of continuing to the full loan application. Limitations are based on the signal, detected location, and current law; they may change over time.
If you proceed with a lender or partner, they may keep records of your inquiry and any application. Marketing opt-outs, do-not-sell or share requests, access, correction, and deletion for that information must be submitted to that lender or partner using the privacy policy, email, or toll-free options they provide. LoanGods cannot process those requests on their behalf.
Federal and state laws regulate certain calls and texts. Consent and opt-out rules for communications about a financial product are handled by the company you are dealing with. To stop calls or texts from a lender or partner, follow the instructions they provide (for example, an unsubscribe link or replying STOP to a text message). LoanGods does not operate those messaging systems.
Submit an email address, a cellphone number, or both. We store only a one-way cryptographic fingerprint of each value, not the readable contact itself. For privacy reasons we cannot confirm whether your contact was in our list, but if it was, it will be removed.
